YESTERDAY ME AND JE BIOUX DROVE TO HOUMA TO SEE DOCTOR ANN.JE BIOUX IS WRITH DR, ANN AND HER STAFF ARE MOST FRINDLY. CARRING. AND DEDICATED. THE HOSPITAL FIRST CLASS EQUPMENT I DEFINETLY GOING BACK.

Just moved in town and dog fell ill. Went to one vet; wanted a second opinion. I called and told receptionist I only wanted lab done (they do in-house lab.) She told me to come _now_ and I packed up kiddos and sick dog and was on my way. I then received a phone call 20 mins later by receptionist. She told me the vet said there was no need in my coming as she was doing a surgery and had two appointments after and she "Couldn't help my dog today anyway," to just come the next morning. It was 3:30, not closing time, and I had been told to come in already (plus doesn't a tech do labs anyway?) I am taking my dog and money elsewhere as this vet has enough clientele to turn away animals and I really didn't feel like she cared enough to even try to help. Bad, bad, bad.

We have two 12 week old puppies. One fell sick on Thursday night and by Friday morning we had called in to have him seen. They told us that they were double booked until Tuesday. We went to Ridgefield Animal Hospital in Thibodaux and they saw him immediately. He has Parvo. They are taking extremely good care of him and he has made a speedy recovery. They also checked on his sibling for us. If we were to wait on Best Friends, he could have easily been dead before they would have seen him.

When we lived in Bayou Blue I had heard very good things about how great Dr. Ann and her staff was so I decided to switch because I was not happy with the care my dog was getting at my previous vet. I was very happy with the care my dog received. She wasn't just given meds. and said we think its this test were run then meds were administered. And she is doing well. We had to move and she recommended a vet in this area very helpful staff is great!
