Carson's Veterinary Clinic has cared for two of my pets. I have always found the clinic to be professional and caring. Three of the vets have examined and treated my dogs, and besides being gentle and thorough, each spent extra time with me explaining the treatments and discussing my concerns. I have always been pleasantly surprised at the personal time I am given for each appointment. My dog Ellie has boarded with Carson's and that, too, has been a positive experience. When she is there, I can travel with confidence that she is being looked after and loved. I live out of town and will continue to drive to Lafayette to Carson's Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Carson and his staff are exceptional! Our 6 year old shi-poo, Sammi, was a patient there since she was 6 weeks old when we got her. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with a kidney disease and passed away this past April. However, during the course of her treatment, Dr. Schmidt, another doctor over there, and his staff were extremely caring to Sammi and treated her just as she was their own. We had to make multiple visits on a weekly basis and every time we walked in the door, they welcomed her with open arms, talked to her and hugged her just as I did on a daily basis. No doubt that Sammi felt loved when she was there:) Dr. Schmidt would call me personally after each treatment to give me an update and was always so supportive and honest with me. We had to give her injections at home which we had a difficult time doing but with everyone's encouragement and support, it became second nature to us. Without a doubt, we will be going back to Carson Veterinary when we decide to get another dog.

Best vet clinic EVER! My yellow lab is a member of my family and I always receive wonderful treatment from her here---from being reminded to schedule her yearly appointment, to friendly receptionists, to very knowledgable and caring vets. I drive an hour from Baton Rouge to go to this Clinic that is how wonderful I think it is. Dr. Carson returns my calls and answers my questions---very professional but also eager to do what is very pet for your pet.

Have been using Carson ever since moving to Lafayette. The entire group has been wonderful from yearly check ups to questions and helping us when our pup got sick. Think all of the vet's are fantastic -- take time with you and talk to you freely about questions/concerns you have!
