Immediately upon arriving, my new puppy and I felt very welcomed by the staff. The facility was clean, and we didn't have to spend any time in the waiting room. Dr. Mayer is very outgoing and professional. My only criticism is that both the vet and the staff were much rougher with my dog than she's used to, which made her overly nervous. The prices seem about average, and they also gave me a discount for getting my dog from animal control.
