It has been 17 years since my dog ate a bungee cord and BTAH took care of him. The doctor stayed up all night after a four hour surgery to be sure Beaux made it through. I've since moved away but never forgot. Can't say too many good things about the doctor and the staff. Probably a different group there now but maybe they will get the message. Dr. Wayne Rogers and his wife run this clinic. They were both very kind, affectionate and patient with my puppy. Dr. Rogers was equally patient with me! I am new a dog owner, he took all the time I needed and answered all the questions I had. In terms of the treatment, I really took faith and confidence that he had my pups best interest at heart. He could have easily up-sold me on bunch of stuff - I'm an easy mark, and he didn't. We went back a second day to pick up some meds and the pups tail was wagging. She was happy to see him again, that's a pretty high complement for a vet!
