When I first called Pet Care Center to inquire about boarding, they were polite and encouraged me to come take a tour of the pet resort. I was so impressed. The place is spacious and VERY clean. I expected it to smell like a kennel but it smelled fresh and clean. The staff is constantly tending to the pets staying there. My pets seem excited every time I pull into the parking lot and the staff recognizes my dog and cat. We are always greeted by a staff that,even when its busy, seem to be happy. I suggest if you are worried about where your pet will stay while you are away, go check out Pet Care Center. The place has staff there 24 hours a day, always have a doctor on-call, and I can even pick-up my pets on Sunday(even though they are closed on Sundays!!) I'm sorry Evan had a negative experience but I have used Pet Care Center many times since my first visit,(also during Labor Day)and I find them getting better and better. I suggest you form your own opinions by visiting this amazing veterinary hospital and boarding facility. CHECK IT OUT!!!
