The worst treatment in the world. I needed both of my dogs groomed and their teeth cleaned. I chose this place due to a recommendation, because they combine vet care and grooming. DO NOT GO THERE. First of all, they advertise $100 off teeth cleaning in November. With the discount applied, it turned out to be over $300. Normal price anywhere else is $250. So they overcharge by $150. The WORST CARELESS LAZY LYING RUDE GROOMER in the world. Supoosedly she is the groominmg supervisor there also, so good luck complaining. She didn't cut one of my dogs' hair at all, when i had requested a sanitary and a puppy cut. Instead, she cut off his tail, which i specifically asked to leave. And she only gave him a bath and brushed his hair. I told her that she didnt cut his hair at all, I know what a puppy cut is, and this is 2 months worth of hair growth. She insisted that this was a puppy cut. I felt that I'm talking to a wall. She charged $5 extra each dog for nail file, and it looked like their nails were chopped off by a dull saw. The second dog had to be groomed under anesthesia. Now, he did receive a very uneven puppy cut. But she didn't even attempt to cut the hair on his head and face. On a sleeping dog!!! This woman needs to be fired immediately. With the work she did she pretty much stole half of the money I paid.

Dr. Erika and Dr. Steve have taken care of many of our pets through the years. They have always done so with professional care and open hearted love for the animals. My wife and I trust our babies to be well taken care of by Dr. Erika, we would have it no other way!!

Took my pup in for a 2nd grooming. Was told I need to have my pup get a Bordetella vaccine. FOR A GROOMING? SINCE WHEN? Note this is her 2nd grooming there, not the 1st. Updated Rabies yes. Bordetella? No. If it's an at risk animal being boarded for an extended stay, by all means way the risks of the vaccine vs. potential benefits. Not for a simple grooming, unless the sanitation conditions are substandard. No vaccine is without RISK and COST, neither of which are appropriate for what amounts to a hair and nail appointment. Thought I'd moved to town and found a good place to take my fur baby. Guess I was wrong since making money is more important than client care.

The Doctors are awesome! They call the next day after an appointment or grooming. The Docs are extremely thorough and explain procedures, exams and test results accurately. The grooming staff does wonderful work. They are kind, gentle and always have convenient appointments. The front office staff is always happy and helpful. The center is so beautiful and spacious. It is more beautiful than most people's homes! I can't imagine bringing my beloved babies anywhere else!

I recently had issues with this establishment because of their carelessness. This is my first pet so I don't know much about dogs except for what I read on the internet. They completely forgot to give my dog his booster shot when he turned 1 year old. They also did not offer to take care of the charges after we inquired and went there for a doctor's visit. This is very unprofessional, don't they look at the patient (animal) chart to determine what is needed for each visit. For example, they are that careless/lazy that they cannot look at the patient history to see what vacinations are needed? Also, each time you go there your pet gets a different doctor unless you make a request. This is no way to run a Pet Care Center. Very poor quality. This shows their lack of knowledge and they don't really care about the animals!!!!!
