Absolutely the BEST caring vet and staff in all of New Orleans!! They treat our 4-legged child exactly how we would love him to be treated. They talk to him all the way through his visit, shots, etc. I just could not ask for better care.

Do not use the Groomer here, here name is Susan and she did a horrible job on my Yorkie. I took him there on 6/20/12 and the job she did, i could have done myself, because that is exactly what it looks like. As far as customer service goes, Pet Care Clinic was unsympathetic to the fact that i paid 45 dollars for a cut that is HORRID! And the receptionist even agreed and pointed out how his legs and ears looked uneven and it was a bad job. They offered to let Susan cut it again(are you kidding me) after several phone calls and me being unsatisfied they offered me a 14 dollar store credit(even though i informed them that i had to take him to another groomer to get him fixed) Pet Care Clinic shame on you for not giving a return customer complete satisfaction! I will be back to use my 14 dollar credit(not on grooming) but after that you lost a potential life long customer. Shame on you for doing bad business!
