Great vet clinic! Dr. Ratcliff and his staff are there for the animals, and it shows! I've taken animals to various vets around shreveport/bossier, and they are by far the most affordable, and care the most about the animal and its survival.
Dr. Ratcliff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as his staff. He seems to be a Vet that truly loves the animals and his job!
Keith has had quality issues in recent years with his employees. I have discovered mistakes in dosages of medicines in recent years and the errors were not just one time. I just moved on to a new vet after 15 years here
