I'll admit, Dr. Armstrong is not my regular vet. In fact, I went to see her to get a second opinion because I had heard they were pretty experienced in dealing with canine cancer. The minute I walked in the door, they treated me like we had been going there for years (it was our first visit - on the second visit, they welcomed us in the door with my dog's nickname). Sadly, they second opinion was the same as the first - and even though I was looking for a miracle, they didn't try to sell me one. The were kind, compassionate and understanding and if I did not have a 10+ year great relationship with my current vets, I would start going to them. When I let them know of my sweet girl's passing, they sent a touching card and made a donation in her name to the American Veterinary Medical Foundation. (and we only went there twice!) They are good people that care about animals and their owners.
