Good thing, they came out to my house when my dog Rei couldn't go to them. Bad thing, the vet they sent was horribly cold and -though maybe unknowingly- Belittled me, making me feel as if I wasn't ever able to do anything for my dog. She apparently, going by what this vet said, lost her muscle mass in her hind legs and, as he put it head? So this was unable to be fixed by vets, so he said. Whether that is true or not he was only here minutes before he said he had to put her down. Or let her rot away without being able to walk here. Because of their recommendation I said okay, I only hope they were right and that it wasn't anything fixable. We will miss our Rei, but don't go to this vet if you want compassion and kindness. These are cold people who treat you bad if you ask them what happened to your animal. Maybe it is just that vet, but either way, no one should be heartless when they're dealing with someones family, animal or human. Rest in peace Rei, June 8th 2012.
