WORST customer service ever!!! RUDEST person I have ever met if you have any disagreement with his services he chose to do. Always charges for things not approved of by the owner and can't remember what he's even done on an animal. He claimed he didn't do blood work but I found the charge for it on my bill even after telling him he charged me for blood work he continued to say he did not do blood work on the cat, had to re fax his own bill to him. He asked me to do a drop off at 9am called at 12:15 to find he hadn't even looked at the cat. Get a call back 20 minutes later that he's all set to be picked up. He's way over priced compared to other vets and not very nolligable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

The entire staff at Mill Brook is amazing. I have never met a more caring group of people. I brought my cat in who was sick and lethargic and hadnt eaten in 3 days. Turns out she had pyometra and needed surgery. Shes about 15 years old so I was worried that the anesthesia would be too much for her. Kevin was confident that she would be ok. Her surgery was on January 9th. Today is the 15th and she is doing AWESOME. Almost back to her usual self. I want to thank Kevin and Dr. Baron for taking such good care of my girl. And also Danielle and the night staff who treated my baby like their own!

Kevin is the best. Everyone there is super nice and the place is clean. I've never had a bad experience after 15 years and multiple pets.

I recently brought my kitty in and the staff was amazing - Dr. Purcell and Nurse Beth. I unfortunately found out while I was there that my kitty was very very sick. While I was waiting for the prognosis nurse Beth brought out a 4 week old kitten to let me hold and play with. It was such a nice gesture and helped me through the terrible news I was given. I thank them for being so kind.

I just got a dog about a month ago and had no idea where to take him. I found Mill Brook Clinic through a friend and am so glad I decided to go there. They know my dog by name and greet him with excitement every time. They are kind and patient with him, even when he barks at them during shot time! My first visit the Dr. took extra time to make sure I had all of my questions answered. I highly recommend Mill Brook Animal Clinic.
