Dr. Niora Fabian and the tech -- Sara/Sarah? were amazing when I brought my senior bunny in for a routine checkup. They answered all my questions, showed me my bunny's teeth, quoted all the prices to make sure I was okay with them, and found a way for my bunny to see a specialist that day. Dr. Fabian even printed out a study about my bunny's condition to take home. Great customer service!!! I appreciated that the appointment never seemed rushed and that everyone was willing to explore all options and explain them to me.

Your pet will be well-cared for and treated with love. I really appreciate the knowledgeable, kind doctors and efficient, pleasant receptionist. Everyone was quick to spring into action when we brought our cat in for emergency treatment. We were kept constantly updated and presented with all our options in a clear manner. The next day they made sure to connect with her regular vet and called us throughout the day with updates. The bill, while not inexpensive, didn't contain any surprises and was lower than originally estimated. This is the place to go for emergency services. Top vets are available 24/7. Thank you!

All of the staff is extremely caring, and does everything they can to care for animals. Dr. Freilicher and John were very thorough with Shadow and took very special care to listen to all of my questions and concerns. I left the appointment worry-free and question-free. The staff takes the time to listen to all concerns, and answer any questions thoroughly. I also appreciate the genuine love that the staff has for animals.

These people are truly nothing but parasites preying on the vulnerability of people that love and are concerned about their pets. Unless you truly have money to throw away, keep looking for another place to take your pet. I brought my dog there for a recheck... while my regular veterinarian charged $35 for an office visit last night, these people charged me $156 for the same exact service. My veterinarian recommended surgery for my dog and gave me an itemized estimate of just over $1,800, and the next night Angell Animal Medical Center gave me an itemized estimate of over $3,100. These people should be embarrassed to working here and taking advantage of pet owners the way that they do. If you're truly looking to get financially screwed, then, yes, this is the place to go.

No matter which doctor you see, or what time of day you come in- the care your pet receives will be consistently the best you can find in metro Boston. You will be reassured that every measure is being taken to care for your dog, and be made to understand the situation every step of the way. I was very impressed with the amount of time the staff took with us, and the effort taken to explain every detail of our dog's GI issues. I walked away feeling like I had the information I needed to make informed decisions about her care, and the staff was helpful in making me understand which tests would be best to get and which I could hold off on. I have never felt like I understood medical issues as well- I even went so far as to ask if the vet we first dealt with had regular office hours. Having also been to Angell Memorial in Boston, where the wait times and staff are so stretched thin- I was very happy to receive so much care and attention at the West branch. During our two visits, one of which was an overnight, we worked with three different vets and just when I thought I had a favorite, they each surprised me with their expertise and bedside manner. Our dog- an Australian Cattle dog is uncomfortable with routine examinations making an emergency a challenge- and I felt very reassured of the measures taken to ensure her safety while still getting the tests done necessary to her condition. All around- I would absolutely recommend this branch. The time taken and attention to detail in explaining various treatment options and possible causes of an illness made all the difference in an urgent situation. Sensitivity and patience to each unique animals needs-- great bedside manner.
