Dr. Kaplan and his kind and able staff have bee taking care of my feline family members for more years than I can remember. Their love and concern is overwhelming. I cannot imagine having my baby cats cared for by any other hospital. Thank you all!

My cat was feeling a little under the weather, so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist offered an appointment either about an hour and a half later or right now. I opted for the immediate appointment, and we were seen as soon as we walked in. Dr. Kaplan came in within two minutes of our arrival. He explained everything he was doing along the way, and he was very helpful with showing me how to give her the two medications she'd have to take. He answered all of my questions. Overall the experience was excellent, I would say. I will definitely be choosing them as my regular vet.

Everyone thinks MSCPA is the most expensive place around. However, Metro Cat Hospital will rip you off more. MSCPA charges $25 for an vaccination. Metro Cat Hospital changes you $35 + a $4 needle disposal fee. Which is crazy!!!

You get what you pay for. This cat hospital is fantastic. My cat had an emergency and Dr. Kaplan took her early that morning (before official opening hours) and took excellent care of her. I recommend them to all my friends with the caveat that they are expensive. Both of the vets, Dr. Kaplan and the lady vet Dr. Ficellio, are amazing.

For the most part, this is an OK vet. The staff is very friendly but the prices of services are quite high. I only go here because of how close it is to my apartment, but thank goodness my cats are pretty healthy (knock on wood). The only drawback to this place is that it closes everyday at 5PM sharp (sometimes even earlier), and it's pretty hard to get appointments at reasonable times given that I work full-time. Also, they don't do walk-ins at all so they shouldn't call themselves a 'hospital'.
