Absolutely horrible. I could never EVER reach the vet on the phone, they are absolutely the most expensive place around, they would never remember when I asked them to update medication prescriptions. The vet tried to put my pet on Purina food which is absolute garbage and when my sweet ferret died they had the crappiest bedside manner I've ever seen, they made me pay before I had even said goodbye and given them his body. Absolutely horrible place.
Wow.... hard to understand the 1 and 2 star reviews.... however it appears they are old reviews. Myself, I had a bad experience with my now previous vet and on the day my previous vet did not have time the see my dog, Countryside understood customer care and service and had me come right in (I knew about Countryside from my honey). They took a lot of time with my Lab Ret and talking to me and my daughters.... and when I said I couldn't afford a particular test they did it for free. YES FREE. Never seen that anywhere. Great care great people great facility....
I have had great experiences here. They are available long hours every day and provide expert care. I am thankful.
Fantastic vet. We've taken all our pets here. Clean, open, and the staff are very nice. They have appointments very late at night, so it's easy to get your pet in after work and after the kids are in bed. Very much appreciated!
wonderful place with the best veterinarians! i am reading other reviews and don’t get it: unnecessary shots and tests? if you don’t feel that they are necessary, why do you agree to do them? can’t make an appointment with the same veterinarian? i always see the doctor i ask for, dr. kopser... i trust her completely... in emergencies we did see other doctors and they were all excellent... the rest of the supporting stuff is great... expensive? you do get what you pay for... besides, you can always ask for an estimate ahead of time and refuse the procedure or go some place else ... i could go down the list of complains, but it won’t do any good... perception is everything, and it’s unfortunate when it’s skewed into negativity.
