Our dog was staying for a week in July, luckily my husband had to return to work early so we picked up our dog 2 days earlier. THANK GOD, because he was returned to us at least 8lbs lighter and had , a very bad case of kennel cough. He was vaccinated prior to the stay , we were not called about this and not so sure he would of been okay for another 2 days. Not sure what we were paying $18.00 a day for to have our pet returned to us in this condition. Also very smelling and had dust and cobwebs all over him. We will never be boarding our dog there again, oh yeah he wasn't able to wag his tail for a week, vet said probably a sprain?????
