I have been very dissapointed with the service here. One receptionist is quite cold and unhelpful. For those of you who are watching your pocketbooks don't go here. I have been told I would only be charged for vaccinations, and walked out with a bill for an exam which did not even occur. You rarely get to see the same veterinarian, and they always try to push products and procedures onto your bill. We're not going back here.

I wanted to share a different opinion than Roy. My 4 year old dog was very lame with arthritis, and Dr. Russo has cured her with accupuncture. She was cured quickly, and is like a puppy, hardly ever limping anymore. She once had an ear effection, and it was quickly diagnosed and cured with a home remedy suggested by Kingston Animal Hospital. I could not be happier with the services as they have changed my dogs quality of life... and thus my own!
