As a new Lancaster resident I brought my puppy to this facility for her first visit and can confidently say that I am so glad I did. Every single person I interacted with was beyond friendly and sincerely seemed to care about me and my dog. The woman who answered the phone, the woman at the reception desk, the vet tech, and Dr. Ruark were so pleasant and helpful. I found their pricing to be reasonable and their online "Pet Portal" extremely easy to use.

The staff and veterinarians are what make this hospital. My cat oreo was in pain,they diagnosed his problems with bloodwork and xrays with medication my old man is back to jumping on tables and enjoying life again. Thank you

The staff is very kind, and the care is terrific. I know people who were unhappy a few years back with the staff treatment but they have made a total turnaround.
