We called over a month ago to get our cats fixed, they told us to email them, after two weeks without an email we emailed them again, they told us at this point they would email us with a date to bring in our two cats. We recieved the date and time and brought our cats in at their specified date and time, the woman at the desk says we are not on their list....one month of waiting and we are not on any list nor do they have a date for us, they said they would call us with a new date....nothing yet, very unprofessional and completely unorganized....find a different place to bring your pet *UPDATE*: They contacted us with a coupon to take our cats there for "whenever you want" at a "greatly reduced price", I asked "is it going to take another month for our cats to get in", "No, sir, whenever you want"....the earliest they could do was the next month. So we started this whole nightmare in June and now have had to wait until September...$70 cheaper with the coupon than what they had originally said ($200 was their rough estimate), so far thats the only plus....I don't think its been worth the time and effort though...we'll see how it turns out once the cats are back....
