They have been great to us and our dogs. Dr. Syed is a great vet. The office staff and helpers have been top notch every time we have gone there.
I bring my 2 cats here and the receptionist and staff are very polite and kind to me and my cats.
I never actually *went* to the vet there, but was so incredibly turned off by how rude they were to me on the phone (on more than one occassion) that I decided to find another vet instead. I had my dog's vet records sent there when I moved to the area, and because my pet sitter requires vet records to me kept at a nearby vet office, I have my old vet send my records to Pine Banks. I called Pine Banks to set up an account with them... and they were beyond rude. First- they brushed me off, telling me abrubtly to call back later (I think the woman who was on the other end of the phone was about to leave for the day, and didn't want to deal with me). Second- when they finally did deal with me, the service was curt, as though I should be honored to deal with these jackholes. Finally- when my dog really was sick I called for an appointment, only to find out that Pine Banks had thrown away my dog's vet records! Thrown them away! The lady on the other end, in her by now customary rude and impolitic fashion, told me I would need to resend everything before I could see the vet. No thanks, lady. I hope your Head Vet knows that you are chasing away business. I will be dealing with your competitors from now on. have a good one.
I brought my cat in with a broken dewclaw on her left paw. This place was horribly dirty with floors that clearly hadn't been washed in a long time as there was fur everywhere and pet nail clippings all over surfaces. Dr. Chopra was not only late for the visit, but he came in and was very rough in how he handled our cat which completely stressed her out. He then preceded to put us in a panic by telling us that this was a super serious injury. He told us he was going to bandage her paw and give her an antibiotic. So, he took her into another room and all we could hear was our cat screaming and crying. When he brought her back, we realize that her other paw was now bleeding (he had broken claws on her other paw while he struggled with her). After seeing her other paw was now bleeding, the Dr. walked away and just handed the cat to the assistant to deal with. At this point we left because we didn't want them touching her anymore. We got wonderful care at Mass Vet Referral in Woburn, who told us that this injury was not a big deal and that the other vet had clearly mishandled the situation. Overall Point: Go elsewhere if you love your pets and don't want them misdiagnosed and mistreated. These people are rude and completely unprofessional!
took our cat there for regular check-up, the vet was very rough and unprofessional
