OK so I have taken my pets here for several years..My dog was put down a while back due to her age and gall bladder problems. Yes Dr. Story treated us well, he knew the expense of all the testing was difficult for me. However, due to an identity theft and a change in my debit card, automatic payment was not made from my account and I was turned to collection...once I learned of this I corrected the wrong but was still hassled by collection agency...I finished payment and it has not yet been received yet. Got a call this morning again from collection agency...told them it was paid..they said when can they expect payment. I said it is paid balance and it will come when it comes, she told me she will report me to credit bureau...how am I supposed to know when payment will actually be received? Oh and btw the new vet I am using is much more thorough and half as expensive.....
