This clinic is terrific. Dr. Low and the technicians are extremely professional and friendly. My dogs were very sick, being treated by another clinic for three months. One visit to Melrose and their diagnosis was completely different than what I had previously received. Treatment began right away, and in one month the improvement was absolutely astounding. I would highly recommend Melrose for all of these reasons as well as: Easy parking, large waiting room, on time appointment - no waiting, clean exam rooms.

Terrible Service! $630 for going because my dog didn't feel good. I waited awhile had a doctor with an attitude took X-rays and ultrasounds with not telling me and telling me the price.Results from the over 500 dollars spent on test no results but my dog is pregnant about 40 weeks because the Dr THINKS she heard a heart beat. have to go for follow up test soon so i guess another $630. Oh ya my dog want even close to being in heat 40 weeks ago.

This is a wonderful veterinary hospital! I find the doctors to be knowledgeable, talented and caring. The technicians are always friendly and cheerful. I moved from the local area a couple of years ago, but still make the trek for yearly exams and emergencies. I would trust no one more with my most treasured fur-babies!

I have been taking my dog to Melrose Animal Clinic for just under 5 years. I was referred here by a coworker of mine who praised them highly. We have dealt with yearly checkups, vaccinations, foot surgery and other problems and have always had a great experience. They are very kind, caring, knowledgeable and honest. I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend this Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a new vet. We have met with several doctors here--our favorite sadly just left, but there are many other great ones to choose from. We will continue to take our dog here.

I love this clinic! The staff is so friendly and always ready to help. I'm always able to get an appointment when I need it and the service and fast and with a smile. Just yesterday I called in asking for information about how to help my puppy (7months old) because he had thrown up a few times and I wasn't sure if I should bring him in or not. The told me to bring him in and because I couldn't they took him when my dad brought him in without hesitation. I love everyone over there they are just sweet people that truly care and listen. I highly recommend them!
