EXTREME NEGLIGENCE: We brought our puppy to them to have a stool sample tested for worms. Even though the sample tested positive, WE WERE NEVER OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED. We called back over 30 days later ONCE WE NOTICED WORMS IN OUR PUPPY'S STOOL, AFTER SHE HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY AFFECTED BY THIS, and their response was, "We called once. Its your fault you missed it." They have absolutely zero process in place to ensure that the pets they provide "care" for actually receive any care. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. WE WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM AGAIN.
