We love Dr Jeff & the others. Kind caring and sweet. Very knowledgeable and clean! Did I mention clean. All the time every visit and I have 2 big dogs so we are there a fair amount! Emergency surgery twice with one of my dogs and everything was handled in a kind and gentle and effective fashion. We have had our share of worms and were notified in a very timely manner as well. Highly recommend this place for your fur kids.

EXTREME NEGLIGENCE: We brought our puppy to them to have a stool sample tested for worms. Even though the sample tested positive, WE WERE NEVER OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED. We called back over 30 days later ONCE WE NOTICED WORMS IN OUR PUPPY'S STOOL, AFTER SHE HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY AFFECTED BY THIS, and their response was, "We called once. Its your fault you missed it." They have absolutely zero process in place to ensure that the pets they provide "care" for actually receive any care. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. WE WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM AGAIN.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. DiPaola for 20 years, first at Millis Animal Hospital, then following him when he opened his own practice at Main Street. I have always found him to be very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable about the animals he treats. Dr. DiPaola is the favorite - but I do not hesitate to see any of the doctors at the practice as they are excellent also. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional, most of whom have been with Dr. DiPaola for many years. The hospital is always clean and welcoming. Test results are returned in a timely manner and Dr. DiPaola is always willing to discuss any issues or answer any questions. I would recommend Main Street Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

I would recommend Main Street Vet to anyone who really loves their pet and cares about their health. I've been seeing Dr. DiPaola for 14 years now and thank God for him!! He has saved my dogs more than once. I fully trust him and that's very important in a vet! His staff is wonderful!
