ALERT !!!!. Do not go to TLC vet clinic on Hathaway Rd. in New Bedford if you love your pet. MY 10 year old English Bulldao passed way on the 21st. I wanted to have my dog cremated privately, meaning by herself not communal I paid $300.00 dollars. And I called TLC to ask when my baby was ready for me to pick her ashes up and bring her home. She stutters like a baffled jerk. So I called the place where my dog was supposed to go. They said they never received my dog. I called TLC back and that fat "B" forgot my dog in the dam freezer and would not admit to it, didn't even say sorry just a bad attitude and a smart ass. I am reporting them to the BBB and I will be in her parking lot telling everyone she is a crook and a heartless person.

The worst. The most absolute vile, scum sucking, yellow-bellied vet works there. The lowest of the low. No animal should suffer. NONE. Worthless pile of villainy and thieves. No family should suffer as their pet is put down in the most inhumane way. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Direct people away from this "vet", this "clinic", this "hospital". It is no place any loving pet owner should dare take their pet. I'd only approach the place to spit in the head vet's face. Stay away! Keep your pet and your family safe from this pit of veterinary malpractice.

The actual vet is awesome. The blonde at the front desk is a not pleasant at all. She over charges and is completely unaccommodating with how she charges. I have been to other vets who when your pet needs a booster a few weeks later you just go in and they just charge for the price of the shot. Not this lady she charges for a whole new office visit!!! . It's too bad, because I do like the rest of the staff. She talks to people like they are toddlers. Not professional at all. She barley looks at you, takes calls while she is in the middle of speaking with you, doesn't even put the call on hold just talks for 10 min while you stand there.

the owner jean is so high on prescription drugs she cant function,. between charging my debit card twice, to not remembering that i paid her another visit, to writing a prescription i took to walgreens that no one has ever made, it did not exist and then not giving me enough days of antibiotics that i had to go back twice before she got it right.the owner is a mess.Dr Caldwell is very good with animals & very caring, he is a great vet. its to bad the boss is so high all the time. she cant even remember who is next to see the vet. its really sad because it gives the workers there a bad reputation. i know people who have cleaned for her & then she never pays them. i don't know how she even stays awake.

My cat went in for routine surgery and died. I was promised they would send her ashes to me… that was 23 months ago and I am still waiting.
