The doctor I saw was fantastic! She knew that I was a new dog owner and didn't make me feel stupid when I asked her questions. She treated Gibbs (my dog) exceptionally and he seemed to love her. The front desk staff were equally as nice and you could tell they loved animals. I highly recommend this establishment to any pet owner I know and the added 24/7 emergency room for pets could, god forbid, be a life saver! Although a bit pricey, this place is amazing for pet care and I also recommend getting pet insurance because services like these can be hard on the wallet.

The whole experience was A+++ during a very stressful time. My dog was very stressed and in pain. They saw my dog quickly. Diagnosed her problem and made her comfortable. The staff was compassionate, highly competent and professional. The cost was reasonable.

Most unprofessional practice around!! To make a long story short my chi broke his leg after 4 calls a night stay they kept upping the price for surgery and the stay 4 times up over 4500 dollars after an estimate of 2500 to 3000. Then they said they would do the operation the day after admission they all and said it has to be the next day so we have to pay another 400 for the night OMG! My vet called to see what was going on and I told her so she called southern nh vet hospital in Manchester they said 2400 complete and that is the price which was correct and only 100 for the 24hr monitoring big scam being run at buldgers going to report to the american vet board!! Beware of this place

If you feel like youthanising your animal of course. These money hungry monsters are in it for the cash and not the safety and well being of your pet. If you've got the loot, you get to keep your animal. Unless of course you want to go home with and watch your animal suffer and die in front of your eyes cause money wasnt your strong suit at the time. Screw these idiots. Stay away.

Last year i adopted a kitten from the MSPCA, after taking him home i realized that he was really sick. i took him here after bringing him back and forth to the MSPCA numerous times to get a more professional opinion. They were AWESOME. I found they helped me cut down my costs in caring for him, and even helped me find cheap medicine. i couldnt disagree more about them not helping you. My cat is now a FAT :o) and healthy kitty.
