I have been to many vets, but this one was the friendliest and also most professional that I have been to. The staff was extremely pleasant and made my cat feel very special. Dr. Owen was professional and answered all my questions. She was thorough, and I trusted that she was taking good care of my cat. On the way out, you even get a gift bag of goodies for your animal!

Dr. Lewis and her staff are wonderful; competent, compassionate, informative and patient. We have been going to the Clinic with our animals for over 20 years. Not only have they given us sound, helpful advice, they have taken into account our personal circumstances and family wishes. They have grown with our "people" and "animal" family and have shown us all love throughout the years. Nancy helped us with a very premature kitten and he has survived to be a great cat! The staff mourned with us as they helped our 15 year old dog to die when it was time and they helped us ease her pain until that time came. We can't say enough about their care and enthusiasm when it comes to their animal patients. Our animals love to come to see them and so do we.

Dr. Lewis and her staff are kind, caring and compassionate. I have been going to her for several years and have never had a problem. The dog that I have now requires a lot of medical care which requires frequent trips to the clinic. Every time we come in we are greeted in a friendly manner and the staff seems genuinely interested in how my dog is doing. I would definately recommend them to others.

Dr Nancy Owen Lewis is kind and very compassionate I have had many pets over the years. My dog ginger was hit by a truck when taken in the Dr did everything possible to save her which she did my dog stayed in the hospital for over a week. She loved going the so I know how good they were to her. Everytime we went for a follow up she would run in and check all the rooms just to say hi. All I have are good words same when my cat was shot by some stupid person with a gun my tigger boy died and when Nancy called to tell me she cried with me. So I say shes top in my book Thanks Dr lewis and staff Ill always be loyal Eileen McGrath and the late Tigger Boy and Ginger

Sorry, but I can't recommend this clinic. We had been going here for years and trusted this vet. We had a cat who needed medicine, and was given a handful of syringes that we were supposed to squirt in her mouth. After I had given her several doses, I realized that there was a small piece of sharp metal shooting out with the medication. I looked closer at the syringes and realized that they were sawed-off hypodermic needles. The remainder of the hypodermic needle was being dispensed into the cat's mouth along with the medicine. I called a different local vet to ask if this was a normal practice and they said NO! I called North King and they said they'd run out of regular syringes so they had simply cut off the ends of injection needles to make do and that I could come in and pick up some more medicine in the right kind of syringe. I went in, brought in the remainder of the sawed-off version. There was no apology at all, no inquiry as to whether my cat was OK. WTF. I don't go here anymore. EDITED: I see the clinic has responded to my review saying it's bogus and it "never happened." THIS ABSOLUTELY HAPPENED. I really wish it hadn't, but it did. Why would I write up such a thing if it had not happened? I'm not imagining that the piece of metal needle was coming out with the squirt of medicine. After I'd already given the cat several doses, I thought I saw something come out with the medicine when I squirted it into her throat. So I tested another dose by squirting it into a paper towel, and sure enough... there was a piece of metal needle in the paper towel. I'm sure it was an unfortunate oversight by an inexperienced tech or something, but it definitely happened. I went back, handed them the remainder of the messed up needles and they gave me more medication in proper syringes. Sad thing is the cat later had to be put to sleep because she developed a mass believed to be cancerous on her neck that obstructed her breathing. I didn't put 2+2 together at the time, but later I wondered if it had actually been a large abcess or infection due to a piece of the needle lodged in her throat. That is just pure speculation on my part, but I can assure you: the needle/syringe incident is 100% true and accurate. It was extremely upsetting. I don't know what they're talking about about the user "GS", that is not my username and I have not written bad reviews about any boarding kennel or any other such place.
