I've been going to RAH for 9 years now. I have a difficult situation with my dogs who don't get along. We have always been accommodated given the situation. The staff are wonderful, my boys love them. I especially love Dr. Harrington! I live in Braintree and travel to Randolph because of the excellent care! I know my boys are given the best of care, always.
The staff and vets are really compassionate and attentive. I love this place so much that I drive 45 just to take my dog there. They have provided me with multiple options for caring for my dog, and understand that budgets need to be considered.
Randolph Animal Hospital has been a breath of fresh air to deal with. The Staff and Doctors are more than understanding and patient when a situation arises. e.g. Just before closing time on a Friday evening my dog, Sniper, cut part of his pad off on a buried piece of glass. I panicked and could not get it to stop bleeding. I contacted the Hospital and they told me to bring him right in. Now we all know how long Friday's are and the anticipation of having a great weekend always on our minds. Well, Doc, unselfishly put her plans aside to tend to Sniper. He made a full recovery and the pad has grown back. It is few and far between you find Doctors & a staff of this caliber. Thank You, The Brock Family ROOF..............................................
Can't say enough about Randolph Animal Hospital. Would like to find a "people doctor" that is as accomodating , compasionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Harrington , Dr. Brahms and all the staff. There's no big turnover either so you always feel comfortable going their.....(so does your pet). Something is dreadfully wrong with "people healthcare" when your pet can be seen at a moments notice and get good care...and we can't.
As always, Clyde and Chloe want to thank you for helping us by coming to the car in the parking lot to help our aging mother Annette get us into the lobby. Mom and the two of us thank you for our treatment, we are no longer traumatized when we come to visit!! You see we are Mama Annette's two rescued Rat Terriers (were are married and had 3 litters together) she adopted us on 09/212012 but she had been bringing her past fur babies here since 1978 when she moved here and it was Dr. Barce's Animal Hospital and when Dr. Harrington took it over, our Mama Annette just knew that she could only bring her fur babies here. Dr. Harrington and her Staff are just great, our care is great and boy do we just love the cheese!!
