Let me start by saying I do not write reviews, However My experience at this office was atrocious, My cat was brought in today by a friend due to me having to work, I called ahead of time and asked that I be contacted before anything was done, Which did not happen I received a call from my friend stating is 750$, and he gave them 350 deposit !!! I called immediately to ask what was going on and why I was not called and was told they "forgot", and the Dr. would call me back. So 45 min later the Dr. Calls me and I ask about the " X-Ray" for 360$ and explain there is no way he ate anything I keep my house clean as can be and inform her I had a cat a few years back that ate a penny and since then I am extremely cautious, For 25 min she uses scare tactics in saying " YOU SHOULD HAVE THE X RAY DONE" so with fear from her 100 reason I should do it I say " I guess", She says shell call me when its done and give me an update - That never happens, I call and ask whats going on and she says " well the x-ray showed nothing" NO SHIT !!!, she then says the blood work should be done around 5 and to come get him then and we can discuss the results, I show up at 5 and the receptionist immediately trying to collect the remaining and i havent even talked to the dr, as well I told her it would have to be next Friday for i just gave 350.00, I then go into the room and the DR. ( VET ) tells me she just canceled the blood work cause I cant pay the balance and she has another patient and leaves the ROOM !!! ... DO NOT GO HERE, THIS IS A HORRIBLE AND DIRTY LOCATION, -- ASK TO SEE THE CAGES THEY ARE NOT WELL KEPT AT ALL AND IF I WAS NOT IN A SITUATION WHERE MY CAT NEEDED TO BE SEEN ASAP I WOULD NEVER HAVE GONE HERE !!!! BEWARE UN PROFESSIONAL

Dr H has been wonderful with my rabbit. Her staff is great-I love them! Dr. Harrison is an excellent rabbit dentist-something, as you can well imagine, is quite difficult.
