I needed to make an appointment because my cat is sick. I have never brought my cat there, but this was the only place I brought my dog when he was alive. So when I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone said it would take weeks. There was then a very long silence, so I said I'd try somewhere else. Her response? "That would be great, thanks" and then hung up
