I have been going to Dr. Olga for close to ten years now - and also regularly saw one of her colleagues, Dr. John Sykes. Growing up on a farm and being around animals my entire life; it is easy to tell who "cares about" animals and who doesn't. Dr. Olga and the staff at her clinics are some of the most compassionate, professional, knowledgable, intelligent, caring, and classy animal lovers that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Both of my dogs go to the revere and south boston clinics regularly and we have NEVER had a bad experience. Dr. Olga has also made herself available to answer questions and talk about my dogs during hours when the clinics are normally closed. Taking your pet here is best thing you can do for it - and the level of care and knowledge you will get are second to none. I have no problem recommending Dr. Olga and her staff to anyone looking for veterinarian services. They are some of the best animal lovers around!
Dr. Olga is the worse vet.My Mom and two aunts brought there pets to her and all bad bad experiences. My Mom went in with her dog as an emergency. Dr Olga gave my Mom antibiotics for 80.00. Then said if they don't work her dog has cancer. Plus not to come back unless she wanted to do 300.00 in cancer test. Dr. Olga was not good to My Moms dog and was rude and unsympathetic. My aunt had the worst time putting her dog down Dr Olga had no compassion and was cold. My aunt also went in with her 15 year old dog and Dr Olga also told her he had She would not give her him hip meds till she got the test. My 2ed aunt went to Evil Dr Olga and the Dr came in the room took the cats vitals and said he is gonna drop dead any min. Then walked out of the room. My aunt brought the cat in cause he was peeing blood. She went and told the Dr that and how unprofessional she just acted. The Dr did say sorry and give the cat meds. My aunt has two small kids @ home who love that cat. Plus you dont say something like that and walk out without even explaining or so rude. My Mom and both aunts were so worried about there pets after seeing Dr Olga. My Mom took her dog to North Shore Animal Hospital. They treated her and her dog so well. They gave her the same meds Dr Olga did but for 14.00. My family will never go back to see the evil Dr Olga again. It may seem cheaper and easier to get too,but we do not recommend it.
Wonderful Care - Sadly within 8 weeks, I lost both my cats to terminal issues (My 17 year old Tabby to age related illness, and my pure-bred 9 year old Siamese to Liver Failure, and perhaps a broken heart at the loss of her friend!) - and the level of care and compassion was very comforting. Both Dr.Beale and the Support staff were excellent.
I am very shocked to see bad reviews Olga is such a nice person and so is the rest of the staff. While every other vet wanted $2400. dollars to operate on my cat that ate a string which wrapped around her intestines Olga did it for $1100. She does alot of work with rescued animals and is not a sleeze bag like the rest of the vets out there. They are very very reasonable with their prices and are the most caring also I am not a staff member either I am a very satisfied customer!
