We have been bringing our dogs to Muddy Creek for nearly 9 years now, wow, that is crazy. We initially started using this kennel for our great dane, who is no longer with us. When we moved to the area we were very picky about where she boarded since she was so large and needed TLC. From our first stay at Muddy Creek, I knew she was in great hands, and she loved boarding here for years!! Now we have a new dog, a labradoodle and she absolutely loves her stays at Muddy Creek, both for boarding and doggie day care. And she even gets groomed there (with Louise) and we love the grooming too. The staff here is awesome -- I can't say enough good things about everyone who works here. We plan on moving in the next year and I will really miss them : ( And they have worked here for years, so it's great to see the same awesome people over and over. The facility is well taken care of, and I always feel confident that our dog is in great hands. I can't say enough great things, and I don't usually leave reviews, so that says a lot...

The receptionists at Muddy Creek have been very pleasant and professional thus far. The dog trainer is lovely.The vet is friendly, but could be a bit more cognizant of the fact that not everyone has copious amounts of money to spend for relatively unnecessary tests etc. Today I had a conversation with the most rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful person that I have ever talked to at any medical facility. She was going to put every road block possible in the way of me getting what I needed for my dog. I sincerely hope the conversation was recorded. She would not be continuing to work for me if I were the owner. I can't imagine going through life with such an attitude.

Great Experience!!! I have two min pins, who are ALOT of work; and before boarding them at Muddy Creek, my mother was the only person I would let watch them. This was the first time they were ever boarded, and I was a lil nervous. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, I knew they would be in good hands. During my one week vacation I called and got an update on how they were doing. I had them bathed before I got back, and upon picking them up, they looked so happy!! The employees also filled out a report card for them, so i knew how they did; since they aren't usually friendly with other dogs. The kennel area was also clean and well kept, which was important. Overall, I had a great experience and have no doubts they will be back there soon for another stay! thumbs up!!
