My experience with the Salem Banfield Hospital has been fairly good. I have been a little dissapointed with their customer service...I am always place on a long hold when I call and it's impossible to get an appointment last minute since they are always booked weeks in advaced. Other than that, everyone is very nice and seems like a great place to bring my dogs.

I take my little dog Franklin to Banfield pet hospital he loves it. His vet is the best and the tech's they are very attentive to not only Franklin but me as well. No matter what time I call or bring him in because I always worry he is my baby they always get back to me and never make me feel like a hypochondriac. I would never bring him anywhere else. It's nice to know that you do not have to be rich to take care of your dog thank god for Banfield and there affordable monthly payment plans.
