I'm so sorry for the others bad experiences. But in fairness I thought I would offer my 2 cents. I brought my cat Misha in to Dr Thomas for acupuncture and she did a really great job with her. Very caring. As well, she diagnosed my other cat Smyla with Hyperthyroidism and had her on medication within 2 days. I called the day after medication arrived as there was a question about dosage. Dr. Rotner immediately called back within seconds. I'm bringing Misha in for surgery next week for a mast cell tumor removal by Dr. Friedman. I will report how that goes but expect no problem....
