They are not a bad vet, just not a good one. I first started going here when I just moved to the area and my dog was sick. They did a fine job, with him, but ever since I have been slowly becoming more skeptical of my animal's care. Dr Marks had me buy medicine that my cat did not need and seemed very hesitant to give me answer even a qualified one. To make matters worse I have had a series of poor communications and very poor customer service. Again they are not a bad vet just not a good one and it is quite obvious that they are way more interested in billing me than caring for my pets

Front desk staff was disorganized. Lost my folder twice. Dr Binder seemed rushed. Misdiagnosed my dogs issue. Skipped shots and dog ended up with lime. Not the worst vet we've been to but close.

The front desk staff is wonderful and caring! I have been going here since I was growing up taking my family dog to see Dr Hutchins.I highly recommend seeing Dr Hutchins! He is VERY smart and takes lots of time to talk to you and your pet! I have not had great luck with Dr Binder....
