If they had 10 stars I would give it to them!! The care was fantastic, They are there for the animals, not the wallet lining! They provided the most compassionate care while being affordable. Had I stayed in RI for emergency care I would still be in tears not knowing what to do for my pup. Because of them & Titan Vet Clinic on Airport Rd, in Warwick my pup is sitting on my lap, after less than 24 hours after being seen and having successful surgery. Cannot express my gratitude enough!

I am always confident that my dogs are receiving the best care possible from Mass-RI Vet ER. One of my dogs has been there several times and has had surgeries for bowel obstructions, and from being attacked by another dog. He was also treated there for pancreatitis. The doctors and staff are excellent!

Really care for your animal babies with no stress to the animal, I have cats and one is feral, but they took care of her with out incident.

They genially care for the animals and are very skilled at their jobs. They are a reliable and trustworthy emergency vet. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, different company then 6 years ago when I used them. Very dis-organized and the blame each other when mistakes are mad.
