The staff and veterinarians are knowledgeable and professional. I got an appointment quickly and received great follow up with our oncologist. They treated me and my dog with courtesy and kindness. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly. No one wants to need the services of an oncologist for his or her pet, but if it comes to that, you can't do better than NEVOG.

This is a fair rating. My first appointment there was for an evaluation for my dog that came down with cancer . when entering I was the only customer. The staff did there job but seemed very cold and systematic. Of course I wasn't going there for socialization, but since every customer there has a dog dying of cancer, the people should at least pretend to be kind. If your reading this review, and your pet is dying of cancer, your probably gonna still go there. If nevog Reads the review then pretend to be a bit more caring. At least to first time patience. Ultimately I did not go with there cancer services for reasons unrelated to what my review talks about
