VERY expensive. They tack on all imaginable charges. Went to take new kitten for second distemper shot and left with a bill of $109!! They're also a bit negligent to say the least. Took new kitty for wellness exam ($80). Dr. Heidi Rice didn't bother to look in her ears. Had to come back five days later with kitty and my older cat which now both had ear mites. Bill was over $300!!!!! Turns out new kitty was infested with ear mites all along.

I have no idea what "Amber J" is talking about. This hospital is the reason my dog is living right now. The only reason they're expensive is because they have the best veterinarians working with the best medicine using the best equipment. I'll spend the money in a heartbeat. Feel free to skimp on YOUR pet's health care, Miss J, but keep your cheap and bitter opinions to your cheap and bitter self.

took our dog there over a month ago for the first time & last. They do not have pick up hrs on Sunday AM so they charge you the whole day even if you pick up within their window---without notifying you---around $40. Also, she was not exercised that day, either. I complained & they offered to refund the day AND the bath (which I agree is excessive and said they didn't have to, just the $40) and no one--and I've spoken to 3 people including two that called themselves managers--knew/knows how to refund credit cards. Just really frustrated with them and have given up on my refund.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the care my old dog has gotten at Ledgebrook. The staff are very kind and professional.

My girl was saved by your animal hospital. If you can put a price on that, maybe you shouldn't be a pet owner!
