Dr. Hall has been sorely missed. Since his passing this Vet service has charged three times that of previous visits and offers less services. Currently looking for a new Vet.

I walked into the vet for a simple question, to see if they carried a type of food for a cat I was sitting for, as I live right next door I did not think walking in would be a hassle. The receiptionst, although very nice, had no clue if they carried the food so the doctor on hand interputed a conversation she was having with a customer to proceed to tell me (as if she was speaking to a special needs child) that they were BUSY as she spelled out. After waiting patiently in line for over 10 minutes I was not about to let someone speak to me like that when I was polite, waited my turn and was just asking a simple question trying to help an animal I was watching for a friend. I have an animal of my own as well and would rather drive an hour out of my way then walk next door to visit that vet again.

I have been taking my four legged family members to Dr. Hall for over forty years. He is absolutely wonderful with all animals. He has a very calming personality that calmed even my crazy aggressive Chihuahua! He is a very honest and up front doctor. Be always puts the animals first.

We have been using Dr. Hall's services for years. He is sensible, compassionate, and competent. We have always been treated well both in person and on telephone by his receptionist. I am very comfortable in recommending him.

Dr. Hall is a very compassionate and great animal care-giver but the receptionist who answers the phone is rude and has no costumer service skills. Dr. Hall asks for good money for what he does and once you are to him it makes sense why but the whole experience of bringing your animal into the vet can be hard on them and you for that matter, so the whole experience should encaplse the customer service skills because frankly you can go somewhere cheaper and get treated badly, we don't pay good money to get that kind of service.
