The doctors were extremely helpful and nice but the receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful.

We have taken our dogs to Academy for the past five years. All of the staff are wonderful and do their best to put us and our dog friends at ease. We especially appreciate Dr. Lewis, who goes out of his way to take care of his patients and helps animals in need by working with local rescue groups. LOVE these guys!

very caring professional staff

over 20 yrs. They always have been great. Took my 2 dogs here since they were pups and this is the place where they were put down when that time came. They were 18 and 16 yrs old. Also same with my cat who was 6 mnths old and who lasted 17 yrs thnx to the care of this vet. When my pets had to be put down the vet and staff sent us a nice card giving us their condolances. Staff always kind and helpful. Best around.

We recently had to put our beloved dog down, possibly the hardest thing we have EVER had to do. When we called to speak to Dr Lewis about it, he made us feel like we had not done everything that we could do (which was obviously untrue) and told us we were wasting his time being on the phone with us. The secretary was more caring than the Dr! We will NEVER go there again.
