I've always had good experiences there. The doctors and staff have always been helpful. When my Faith became sick with Lymphoma they worked with me and the Oncologist to get a plan for care that I could afford and would give Faith a fighting chance. Such caring service is a rarity nowadays. It was much appreciated.

Dr. Tierney, Dr. Herling and staff are the very best! The hospital center is so well run.They are all efficient, highly skilled, smart, welcoming, and compassionate. They always have time for you and are excellent at listening to you and explaining their diagnosis and preventative care. They have given outstanding care to my dogs since they were pups, since March 2000. I would not go anywhere else.

Doc Side Veterinary has provided absolutely great care of my four legged best friend. She simply loves visiting her friends at Doc Side - even when she needs a shot. Furthermore, Doc Side Veterinary make it easy for me. They have great office hours. They use technology to schedule appointments any time that is easy for me and they proactively notify me when my Dog is due for a visit.

I called literally 8 minutes before closing because my dog had a bite wound from another dog :( I live right up the street so I was able to get in right before their closing time. They were wonderful. Very caring people who didn't seem annoyed at the last minute trip like some other offices do. I am so grateful for their services. They even called to check up on my dog a few days later. Amazing place and people!

I recently switched to a vet closer to me for general care because Doc Side is across town. The new vet discovered a major issue and there was no question that I was bringing my dog back to Dr. Herling. The care is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. I would not trust my boy to anyone else.
