Dr Molinelli is an amazing vet, with endless compassion for her animal patients and their humans. She gives so much of herself, and doesn't rest until her clients are happy and healthy. We consider ourselves lucky to have found her. She doctors straight from the heart. We have also worked with other vets at this hospital, and they've all been fantastic. The staff, too, are wonderful people, who really go out of their way to help. This is truly the place you want to take your pets.

They WILL overcharge you. I understand the need to run a business. There is a difference between praying on people when they are vulnerable and running an honest business. Without a doubt, they pray on you when you are in a difficult position. I would recommend finding another vet at all costs.

This was the worst experience and really overpriced hype service for my pet. From the start they just make everything seem okay. They bate you in with more tests on top of test for you dog or cat. You are emotional and you make a decision which they know you will spend thousands of dollars. The Service is below par and the praying on you at your vulnerable state is just unethical. I would not recommend you go there unless you want your pet to expire and cost you thousands doing so. YOU ARE WARNED, and I hope you are listening. Do not go there and steer clear of here there are more ethical vets out there. Should have zero stars but it will not register here.

Worst place ever! I have taken my cats there a few times and the service is not good, its extremely over priced, they try and do a ton of tests most of which are not necessary, and they charge you for everything. We just went there to euthanize our dog because Charm City Vet (way better!) was not open and waited over an hour in the room while our dog was suffering before they came in to give her a shot, and on top of that they charged us $125 for a consultation in addition to the price for the shot! The place is terrible and I will never go there again. I feel like all they care about is making money and don't care about your pets!

I've been taking my dogs to EAH since I moved here about 14 years ago. I had an 85 lb shepherd/ akita that lived to be almost 16, a 45 lb lab-mix dog that lived to be almost 18. I currently have a dalmatian/ greyhound that is 14+ years old and a greyhound/ terrier mix that is 8+ years. I attribute their longevity in part to the wonderful care they received at EAH. Just after Thanksgiving 2013 the dalmatian/ greyhound had vertigo. It was scary. I thought he was having a stroke. EAH kept him a few days until he was well enough to come home but not completely better. Dr. Kaufmann called every couple of days to check on my dog, even on his days off. Yes, they are an expensive vet but I believe the quality of care at EAH is well worth the money.
