Both Doctors and the Staff are extremely thorough and compassionate. We have been taking our furbabies there for years and we feel they treat us like family each visit. I never feel rushed when we are in with the Dr., and I feel comfortable asking her questions and advice. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to my friends and family and anyone looking for quality health care for their pets.

Took our one year old kitty in because she was acting lethargic. Was told she likely had a urinary tract infection, she was given an antibiotic via injection and I was told she would be fine. Found her dead in the laundry room the next morning. After calling back to the vet, I took the cat's body back to the vet where they had the nerve to CHARGE ME for disposal, while the vet didn't even bother to speak to see me or the cat. I was merely handed a bill. Shocked at their customer service, treatment to animals and lack of respect.

I have been going to Rosedale for 19 years and I am so happy with the service i receive. They really take the time to go over any concerns and questions I have with my pets. There is a family feel to Rosedale, from the doctors to the receptionists. It's always a pleasure dealing with everyone at the facility.

The care here is definitely very good, my only complaint is that the main vet can sometimes have an attitude and can be pushy if you don't see eye/eye on something about your pet. Other then that, I would recommend this place.

The doctor and the entire staff were amazing- medically-minded yet caring! They run a notable business and they display empathy to sick pets and owners.
