Going to this vet's office was a fantastic choice. They were kind, helpful, and competent. My gerbil was very sick, so I called first thing in the morning. They were able to fit me in that day. They were very good at ensuring me that everything would be fine. Dr. Weiss was very professional and thorough but worked quickly. Having cats, dogs, and gerbils, I have been to a lot of vet appointments. My experience at Bradley Hills was definitely the best. I will certainly be returning there for annual check ups from now on.

I was referred here by my own vet for my ferret to have surgery done. Dr. Weiss is the best of the best. I drove about 2 hours each way to get there. Dr. Weiss immediately met with me upon arrival, answered all my questions, made sure I thoroughly understood what was going on inside my baby and what he was doing to fix it. He called me before, during and after surgery to let me know what was going on. During surgery, he found some complications which required extra work. My ferret stayed there three nights and each night and morning I got a picture and text with how he was doing. I just wish he were closer to our area but definitely worth the drive and money.

My aging rat had recently fallen very ill. After a very long night I decided it may be time to put my little boy to rest. I called Bradley Hills really knowing nothing about them, just that they would take a rat and were a reasonable distance from my home. The receptionist who answered my call was very kind and patient with me, it was a very hard call for me to make. They didn't have any appointments available, but the doctor said I could come anyway. They took me almost as soon as I arrived even though I had been warned that there would be a wait time. The vet-tech brought me the euthanasia consent form, explained the process in detail, assuring me that there would be no pain for my little guy. He then left the room and gave me some time to be alone. Dr. Weiss came in and checked my rat over. The Doctor and the vet-tech were both very sweet and gentle to my rat. We discussed his symptoms and what he had felt in his exam. He said that hanging on with him for a few more days wouldn't be an unfair choice, but did say that he may be in quite a bit of discomfort and bringing him in a second time might be very difficult for me. After much crying and petting, I signed the form. My rat ended up passing on in my lap before the euthanasia could take place. Dr. Weiss said he more than likely died of a stroke and felt no pain. The vet-tech returned his body to me in a towel and they didn't charge me for anything. It was an awful and strange experience made a bit easier by a great doctor and staff. Even if my tears didn't reflect that. I know what vet I'll be taking my small animals to from now on.

I've been bringing my kitties to Bradley Hills for several years now and have been very happy with them. Dr. Weiss, who runs the practice, is absolutely wonderful. You can tell he truly cares about each animal he sees. I have never had any problems with them, and I hope I never do.

We love Dr. Weiss and trust him wholeheartedly with all of our animals. He takes the time to talk to us and genuinely cares about our animals and any concerns we have. After experiencing the loss of a pet to a negligent vet in California, we are relieved to have found Bradley Hills when we moved here. Thanks!
