I called their emergency hotline because my dog ate an entire bag of kitkats and reeses cups while we were out. They told me to call poison control. Instead, I went to an emergency hospital in Ellicott City and they induced vomiting of 16 kitkats, 12 reeses cups, and 3 tootsie rolls most of which were still in wrappers. If I had followed their silly instruction to call poison control, what would that have done for us? Don't ever go here or call their emergency services. Awful, illogical, lazy.

I have taken my dog here a few times. 2 weeks ago, I took her and the vet had no idea what was wrong so gave her some antibiotics. Additionally, she was behind on a lyme vaccine, so we agreed to do that. The lyme needs a booster, so they said we would just have to "drop by" in two weeks to have the booster. They estimate the bill at $400. It's crazy, but I want my dog to feel better, so I agree. 10 minutes later (literally), the dog is all set, and the bill is $490. Whatever, I'm happy the dog is fine. I go back two weeks later, and they want another $130. They have to "reexamine" before they can give her the booster. Apparently the $500 examination two weeks ago is not enough. Vet was cowardly, and wouldn't even talk to me, made the tech do it. Wasn't impressed with the Vets knowledge the first time around (didn't know what was wrong, I'll prescribe some antibiotics). I feel like it was a bait and switch, and they spend almost no time with your animal and give you a whopper of a bill. I won't be going back.
