We love Glade Valley. My neighbors recommended it to us after we got our puppy and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service we have received so far. The front desk attendants are always curteous on both the phone and in person. They always greet you with a smile and you can tell that they genuinely care about you and your animal. When my dog got spayed and had to stay overnight, the front desk attendants told me I could call whenever I wanted to get status updates. I called a few times and they would put me on hold to check then come back and tell me how she looked and what she was doing. Awesome service. We see Dr. Derenbacher and his vet tech, Matt. Matt is always upbeat and positive and he is great with my dog, Basie. She just loves him. He really knows how to handle the animals and is so sweet and kind, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Basie is always a little nervous when we go to the vet, but once Matt comes out to bring us in for our appointment, she gets so happy. I really like that she remembers him and likes him. I think that really says something. Finally, for our vet, Dr. Derenbacher. I completely trust him with my dog. From the first appointment we have had with him, he has been extremely open and honest with procedures and what to expect, and he answered ALL of my questions. I never felt rushed. He personally calls us with results of lab and blood work within 24 hours, and he called my husband immediately after he spayed Basie to give us a status update and a recap of how the surgery went. You can really tell that he loves his job. He has even found ways to help us keep the cost down by giving us samples and he only charged us $1 for a medicine we had to get her since we were spending more to get lab results, etc. He is very gentle with Basie and does a great job of keeping her calm during the visits. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Overall, Glade Valley makes you feel like they are there to serve you and your pet, not like some other offices that give the impression that you're lucky to be seeing them. I am extremely happy with the service that I have received and will continue to recommend Dr. D and Glade Valley to other pet owners.

Excellent service, friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors and technicians! We are always so pleased with the service we receive from Glade Valley. They understand how important our furry family member is to us. :)
