We have been loyal customers of GAH for just about 15 years now. I loved GAH, and referred everyone I knew in need of a vet to them any chance I could. After Dr.Mike left I would say there was a definite change. Shortly there after Dr.Cheryl left as well. I have not been impressed with the services I have received. There is a lady that works as the "Front asst Manager" who is just a snob and really over bearing. As soon as I walked in for my 5 dogs sick appt she starts talking about all sorts of other things needing to be done, and was relentless. They say they will call with a follow up to discuss how things are going and never call. You call with questions and people never get back to you. What is most upsetting is it seems like it has gone from a place where they genuinely care about your pet to a place where they care mostly about making there money then caring for your dog. Needless to say we are switching vets.

Great service. Every time I call the phone is answered on the first or second ring. My questions are answered quickly. Visits have been efficient as well, with waits less than 5 minutes. No complaints here!

I've occasionally tried other vets closer to our home but always come back to GAH because they are the best. We've brought them 30 years of cats, parrots, exotic lizards, exotic hamsters, and more here for medical care and boarding. The doctors and staff are always friendly and professional. I would consider their prices reasonable for the services my pets have needed. While they always mention all the therapeutic options, they NEVER insist on trying the super-expensive thing first when my older pets have poor quality of life, which I also appreciate.

Deborah Dec. 23, 2011 I've been taking my basset hound there for 10 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. No long waits, and the doctors are all kind, compassionate and well-informed. They take a personal interest in details about my dog, and are efficient about making follow-up calls to check on a sick pet's condition.
