I had an emergency situation with my cat and they were very accommodating. I was given a thorough explanation of the cause and what would be done. The office staff was very nice and understanding and the experience helped to put me at ease. The doctor was very forthright in possible scenarios which also was a good thing. They even showed me how to give him a pill which isn't easy when there's no one to help. Needless to say, I have managed to accomplish this. Very caring about your pets.

We have been going to Gambrills Veterinary Center for 4 years. The staff makes us feel like family. We have had both healthy pets and pets with health concerns (needing surgery) and they have be accommodating and comforting for all.

I have been very pleased with the care and treatment my dogs (2) are receiving at the Gambrills Veterinary Clinic, the dogs seem to enjoy the playtime, and they all know how to take care of a nervous animal..glad to say I'm a fan..

Have enjoyed the service the few times I've taken my dog in. They did a great job of clipping my dog's toenails with him being difficult.

My dog had an emergency one evening right when this hospital was closing. The staff let us in and stayed until 1 a.m. until my dog was stable to go home. The care they provided was professional and caring, plus, they cared for me, who was a nervous wreck! I was very impressed with Dr. Shoup and she provided wonderful care for my dog. She explained everything they were doing and was calm and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend her! 5 Stars +
