We had an excellent experience here today. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The front desk reception was efficient and friendly. Even though this was our first visit, yet we were in and out of our appointment within 30 minutes. The vet techs were gentle with our 1 year old small breed dog and knew how to help her feel at ease and the total cost was half the price of other quotes I had received. I'll be returning here for both my dog's regular care.

i can tell you that Dr Suh and his staff go out of there way to help you and your animals.When you come into there building the Secretary Racheal greets you all the time.These people are just loving and caring for our family and our animals i would never go to another animal hospital again.These guys are the best and they deserve 10 stars but i can only give them 5

Excellent care because my dog said so

I just moved here from out of state and was lookin for a good veterinary and a cowoker had recommened arbutus animal hospital.So i decided to give them a call from the start they were friendley. On the day of my appoinment i walked in a felt wlcome it was our turn to go in and Dr SUH had came in and shook my hand him and his staff took very good care of me and my dog. I am so glad i gave them a call . I will deffinitely be recommending them to all my friends. THANKS AGIAN

I took my dog to Dr. Suh. I was not blown away by this vet. He did not take the time to greet my dog or let my dog get comfortable in the exam room. He was quick to push expensive shampoo and pills on me and did not seem able to explain why these were the right treatment for my dogs condition. The other staff members were friendly and professional. That being said, the office visit was cheap and this is probably a good place to go for routine care. I will be looking for a second opinion for my pup though.
