Very helpful. Great and friendly staff. They take their time to make sure you understand what is going on and so that you are educated about what is going on with your animal. Also, most things are cheaper here than at other places.

EXCELLENT CARING VET!!! Dr. Ashley has been my vet for approximately 8 years now and I couldn't recommend a more competent caring professional. My pet had a condition that I didn't know about. I explained some of his odd symptoms and Dr. Ashley wouldn't stop until he gave us the correct diagnosis which saved my pet's life! That is worth it's weight in gold in my book. Now I have many more wonderful years ahead with my pet who is a part of my family that I wouldn't have had if it wasn't for Dr. Ashley. Dr. Ashley's staff seems to know and anticipate each and every one of my needs and desires before I walk through the door. All the while remaining professional and caring. This group of professionals treats my pet like he was a member of their very own family. I completely trust and love Dr. Ashley and his team.

I have been paying monthly for the most expensive comprehensive plan at Banfield for my dog for 3 years. The main reason I took the plan was for the yearly teeth cleaning. However, every time I take my dog in for her "comprehensive care plan" they find something extra to charge me for usually costing over $100 per visit. Today when I took her in for her yearly teeth cleaning they told me that if anything abnormal comes back from the pre-op blood work (which is included in the plan) I would be charged $150.00 just because it is abnormal!!? I thought I misunderstood because I pay for a plan that covers blood testing including pre-op testing for her cleaning! When I questioned what I was paying for, I was told that anytime any test in my plan comes back abnormal I would be charged! WHAT THE HECK IS THE PLAN FOR IF I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR ABNORMAL RESULTS THAT COME BACK FROM THE TESTING I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR!!!!????!!! I understand I would need to pay for additional test if needed but not for initial test that come back abnormal!! So many other people have told me that Banfield hospital do unnecessary testing and is a rip off. Although I have questioned other charges over the past three years, this was the icing on the cake!!

This is a terrible vetrinarian hospital. The staff is rude and do not care about you or your pets. The Vet's themselves do unnecessary tests that cost FAR too much. The wellness plan is a ripoff and when you try to cancel it you might want to be sitting down...It costs SO MUCH to cancel the stupid plan. Do not bring yout pets here. You will regret it,

This hospital has been the most pleasing and wonderful pet hospital I've ever been to. The staff is amazing especially Ashley C I love her love for the animals.
