Northwind is the best place I have ever taken my animals too! My cat has CH and the vets are very knowledgeable about the disorder which is wonderful. The prices are reasonable and I have been late due to traffic before, they still see my animals with a smile! The staff is always very patient and kind. The place itself is very clean as well. My only wish is they had a vet that saw reptiles because it's hard to find a vet as good as their's to see my russian tortoise! Still 5 stars!

Let me just say, everyone is nice there and the facility is fine. I took my dog in for a dental cleaning, and after spending $250, no doctor was there to answer my questions post-cleaning. The nice lady at the desk tried her best to answer them herself without the medical knowledge. However, if I'm spending all that money, I want to be able to consult with a doctor about my dog's health. Jusss saaayiiin' yo.

I absolutely love this place! I've been to several different Vets for my two dogs but this one by far is my favorite. I hate going into a Vet office when the staff is scared of my dog ( A Pitbull that shows zero aggression) I've had treats thrown at my dog instead of giving it to him properly because the staff feared my dog. Northwind Animal Hospital Prices are even cheaper than the others! I never feel like I've been ripped off when I leave. The Doctor kissed my dog during the first visit and made us both feel good about being there.

Northwind is by far the greatest animal hospital I have ever worked with for my pet. My kitten suffered a terrible infection on his neck from an unknown cause (believed to be some sort of bite). I called Sunday evening and was able to make an appointment for 11:00am the next day to undergo treatment followed by surgery. It was Melo's first time to Northwind and they cared for him as if he was a loyal patient - full of kindness and affection. I cannot begin to thank Northwind enough for the thorough examination and care for my kitten.

I have been taking all of my pets to Northwind since before it was owned by Dr Russ. It was good before he started there, and it is fabulous now. All of the people love animals, and I have never had an experience with anyone having a "bad day". They are always happy and kind. A person always answers the phone during business hours (even though they may put you on hold for a minute or two if they are swamped.) Dr Russ is up on all the latest research, and he cares for your pet as if it were his own. He is very loving with all of the animals.
